"Easy Custom Skate Order"
I ordered custom skates from bauer and the whole process was straightforward. I could pick the colors, choose the fit options, and add my name without much trouble. It took me a little while to decide on everything, but that was just because I kept going back and forth on the look. Once I picked what I wanted, the skates came out great, so I’m really happy with them.

"Surprisingly decent repair experience"
I had an issue pop up with my bauer skates after a few months, so I sent in a repair request without really expecting much. To be fair, they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise. Instead of dragging it into some long back-and-forth, they just replaced the part and sent them back sooner than I figured they would. I’m still a little surprised it went that smoothly, but they handled it well.

I had to exchange a pair of skates from bauer.com because the size wasn’t quite right. The process was straightforward, and I did get email updates along the way, which helped. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, so that was a little frustrating, but not the end of the world. The new size showed up fine, and customer service got back to me quickly when I had a question. Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally perfect.

I checked a few different places first, but like I said, Bauer actually had the skate model I wanted in my size. It was also nice seeing a few width options instead of just the standard ones everywhere else seemed to have. Ordering was simple, and like I said, I didn’t have to settle for a different pair. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d use the site again.

"Fits tighter than expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling a bit tighter than I was expecting. It’s not awful and I can still make it work, but i do wish the size chart was a little more accurate. Shipping was fine though, so no complaints there.

I ordered a couple of hockey items and the estimated delivery date ended up being close, but not totally accurate. The tracking didn’t update much, so I kind of had to trust my instinct that it was still on the way. Everything did arrive in good shape, though. I just wish the delivery info had been a little more reliable

I got these shoulder pads from bauer and, so far, they seem good on the ice. They’re light enough and don’t really rub much, at least not that I’ve noticed. The first skate felt a little stiff, but they seemed to break in a bit after that. Shipping was fine too, nothing really to complain about
